The second part is an overview of the highlight of that design guide.  The ASHRAE RP-1712 committee spent the past 6 years working to produce a Design Guide for Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems.  The purpose of the book is to help technical professionals design DOAS for commercial and institutional buildings.  Scott was a part of this committee and will review the highlights of the process as well as the recommendations of new design guide and its implications for projects in North Texas.
