On January 18th our own Carlos Ortiz Ramirez had the privilege of meeting and engaging in a conversation with Texas State Representative Jared Patterson, who represents House District 106. Rep. Patterson, currently serving as the Executive VP at Able Power Management, holds a unique position as the sole legislator from the electricity market. His talk at the North Texas Association of Energy Engineers (NTAEE) focused on "Powering Texas Forward," providing a comprehensive recap of the regulatory changes in ERCOT since the Texas Winter Storm. This was a great opportunity to create a relationship that we can leverage for our government affairs efforts.
